Your data, under your roof.
You trust Junema with your children's health and the household's money. You have the right to know exactly what happens with it. Here is everything.
Your household data is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, in the European Union. It is covered by the European data protection regulation (the GDPR). Your database does not live in the United States. It is not copied to a data broker.
No advertising. None. Anywhere. No selling of data. Ever, to anyone. No ad profiling of your children. No digging through your phone: no messages, no emails, no photos without your gesture.
The fair question: if it's free, am I the product? Not here. The app is free. The assistant will be a paid option, by subscription. The subscription is what funds Junema. When an app's model is advertising, your data is the merchandise. When the model is a subscription, the customer is you. Junema chose the second.
The assistant only sees the drawers you open. Family, home, pets, sport, health, money, notebook: you choose, drawer by drawer. A closed drawer doesn't exist for her. You can change your mind at any time.
To answer you, Junema relies on AI models from specialized providers. The exact list is in the privacy policy, and it is kept up to date. Two commitments, no matter what: Your conversations are not used to train these models. Your household data stays stored in Europe. If anything ever changes, you'll know before, not after.
You can erase what Junema knows about you, from the app. You can request the complete deletion of your account and your data. And if you want your data back to go elsewhere, that's your right. Write to us, we'll hand it over.
The GDPR gives you rights: see your data, correct it, erase it, take it with you, object to a use. To exercise them: contact@junema.com We answer, and we answer fast. A human, not a robot. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
